This place is hidden on the Eastside of Santa Barbara, it's one of the best Mexican style seafood places in town. Their cóctel de camarón is tasty and full of shrimp, definitely recommend, also they a great satisfying packed in ceviche tostada. Parking can be a hassle but so are a lot of places in Santa Barbara unfortunately.

I come here for the Milanesa torta because it literally reminds me of the one my grandma made me as a child! It has avocados, beans, jalapeños and lettuce which my grandma always put in the sandwich with the breaded meat. Of course now I pair it with a huge michelada. It's a must when going to Cesar's place.

Food was great! Service wasn't that great - Waiter looked over worked and didn't smile at all nor did she come by one time to see if we needed anything.

Ambiance: cafe style with a local feel.
Food: homemade chips and salsa brought out when you first sit. Meals are authentic, freshly cooked as I could see the steam off the entree. Large portions and great flavor
Service:. Nice waitress. Had to ask for tortillas for meal but came out fresh and hot. Had to ask to get drinks refilled.
$$ great price for all you get!
